FitFormulas is a set of free calculators for calories, macros, body composition and metabolic rate. Every tool runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you type never leave your device.

The formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor BMR, WHO BMI bands, U.S. Navy body-fat, Hamwi ideal weight) are standard, published methods that do not change, so the site stays correct without updates.

FitFormulas is maintained by an independent maker. It may show non-intrusive advertising once traffic justifies it. We do not collect or sell your data.
